How fast can you deliver?

We always do our best to deliver Super Fast. We can install all products within 15 working days after we have received the payment.

Do i need to be present when you install everything?

No, you do not need to be at the apartment. We have contact with OurDomain and we know where you will going to hang out ;). We will make sure that all your products are assembled before you even touch ground in Amsterdam.

 

Do i have to do anything?

You only have to make the order, we take care of all the rest. We do the delivery, assembly and installation of all items.

 

What do you mean with Turn-Key?

We will make sure that all your products are assembled before you enter your apartment.

Delivery and assembly

When can I expect my order to be delivered

Every order placed will be delivered and assembled before moving into your apartment.
We can install all products within 1 week after the order.

Will my order be assembled?

Yes, every order will be delivered and assembled. Our staff will make sure every piece of furniture that is ordered will be installed and put in place. Also all packing materials will be sorted and discharged by our staff.

Are delivery and assembly taken into account while ordering?

Yes, delivery and assembly will be automatically calculated when finishing up your order in our webshop. When finishing up your order you will be shown the entire amount, this will include delivery, assembly and discharge of packing materials.

Do i have to worry about anything?

We are a furniture company specializing in the assembly of entire apartments. We will ensure that you do not have to worry about furnishing and that you can immediately enjoy your apartment.

Is it possible to assemble the furniture myself?

The prices of delivery, assembly and installation are predetermined and are not deviated from. We do not offer an option to assemble yourself.

Payment methods

What payment methods can I use?

We have a variety of reliable partners which you can pay with: iDeal, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, Mollie, Paypal and our partner Santander to pay in installments.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, you can pay in installments via our partner Santander. This will be available in the checkout. For more information about paying in installments please check the website of Santander when this comes available. Paying in installments will be possible for a period of 12-36 months with an interest. Santander is will do a complete credit check.

Can I order a furniture package?

Yes, you can order a furniture package which will be cheaper than buying individual items. The complete package has everything that you need to decorate your home.

Can I order individual items?
Yes, items will also be sold individually under the ‘collection’ button. The individual items will be calculated under a higher percentage for delivery and assembly, this will be shown while finalizing your order in the checkout screen.
Do I get warranty on the ordered items?

Yes, there is a standard warranty for all ordered items, the warranty is valid for one year. Every case will be taken care of by our customer service via service@risor.eu

Can I order Separate items?

All our prices are also based on delivery and assembly of multiple products, which is why ordering a separate product from us can be unfavourable.
